When I found myself with a twisted ankle that refused to heal, the distress I felt was overwhelming. There were so many activities that I thought I might never do again, all because I’d put my weight on a foot that had fallen asleep. After just one session with Vanessa, my leg healed completely– but that’s only one of the wonderful things that came from my work with her. Our second session involved Body Code and focused on releasing what needed to be let go. Vanessa helped clear the strong recurring emotions I’d been experiencing, rebalanced my energy, and helped me feel more grounded. She also provided insight into what my body needed, and my taking her suggestions helped smooth out the healing process
