WHAT SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY INITIAL CONSULTATION?
Think about yourself in all aspects. Where do you feel gaps and barriers? Write a few notes and thoughts before we meet. In connection with the 8 pillars, review where you think you're at.
HOW CAN I START WORKING WITH YOU?
We will have an initial discussion around the 8 pillars of wellness. Some of your initial thoughts and then decide if you want to move forward and create your blueprint and course of action for change.
What is a Blue Print and how do you get it?
Once a client decides to move forward with an initial session, we will first go through an assessment of your pillars of wellness. The Assessment will take 1-1.5 hours to complete, as we go through multiple questions about you, specific to each pillar of wellness. Once complete, we will break. I will go through your assessment, then layer the results into your blue print. We will then regroup and go through your blue print and develop a plan to navigate, either on your own or you can sign up for coaching and get additional supports to build and connect your pillars into a strong foundation.
